I help you learn the way you prefer: through diving into the language (total immersion), learning the rules (step by step) or deconstructing barriers (texts, movies, etc.)

My teaching background:
I have been teaching British and international university students for 2 years while living & studying in the UK. Additionally, I have 16 years of experience both in private 1-2-1 and group tutoring. I started as a virtual coach in 2014 and since then I have assisted approx. 500 students, mostly professionals, expats and travellers to reach their desired German language level. Together, we have spent around 10000 hours on their individually designed learning path.
My background outside of teaching:
I was born in Vienna and spent my childhood in Austria, where I learned to appreciate cultural differences and the beauty of art and history. I am also a bit of an polyglot and globetrotter and lived, studied and worked in UK & Spain for extended periods of time and spent some shorter time studying in France and Italy. I am well aware of the needs and aspirations a language learner has. I have also worked in a corporate environment myself (with exposure to airline and travel), which enables me to connect and design appropriate materials for a variety of learners with different backgrounds.
