Bio:
Hello, my name is Anouk, and I am a certified English and Dutch teacher who loves to create a fun learning experience for all. I enjoy teaching and helping my students learn English and Dutch through engaging activities. I am a Native English speaker with a neutral accent. I also speak Dutch and French and have started learning some Spanish. I believe that being able to communicate with other people is an essential skill that opens up many new doors and teaches you a lot about other cultures.

I want to offer my students a fun personalized learning experience that helps them build their confidence! I have a lot of patients as I understand how difficult it can be to learn a second language. I offer my students a relaxed classroom with fun interactive lessons, where they are happy to learn!
I can help my students with all of the basics including; reading, listening, speaking, writing, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
I believe that this leads to a path of success, that will help you achieve your goals! I understand the necessity of learning a new language and building up your confidence in a language.

I believe in preparing my student for the real world. I love to focus on helping them with their pronunciation, and formalization of the sentences, fixing up their grammar as well as increasing their vocabulary! I will make sure that all of my students can talk and write about all different types of situations. I do like having a structured class although my teaching style is informal, as I prefer to use real-world experiences.

I am an online English teacher who has taught more than 550 students from all around the world. I have taught over 10000 lessons. Previously, I have worked as a customer service representative, waitress, lifeguard, babysitter, and volunteer. Through my working experience, I have been fortunate to be able to work with many different people. I learned and perfected the art of patience, as I believe nowadays this is not always a give. However, when you give someone the time of day you can grow together. I have lived abroad most of my life and have fully been educated in English. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program (IB). I obtained my TEFL certification in 2021 and I started my BA in International Business and Languages.
