I am passionate about helping everyone -beginners to advanced- speak English confidently. I use simple, fun lessons to fit your needs, using the Communicative Approach. My goal is to make English easy for daily life and help you feel comfortable. For 2 years, I’ve focused on phonetics and American accent coaching to help you sound clear, so we can work on speaking, grammar, or accent- whatever you need! Let’s learn together and make English fun! :)

Since I teach with the Communicative Approach in mind, I have very flexible lesson plans and I use a variety of materials that I provide to my students. The materials and lesson plans depend on your needs: for example for general ESL, we usually follow a course book that gives us structure, sometimes I add extras, like videos or articles for discussion, for accent coaching, I use my own materials, with some students we read and discuss books, like in a private Book Club, etc, so it's very flexible:) I make sure that we have a balanced approach and do a little bit of everything during our lessons: grammar, vocabulary, speaking, pronunciation, etc.

I’ve taught General ESL for over 10 years, working with adults from around the world. I began at a language school with group and private lessons, then became a private tutor, teaching in-person and online. For the past 2 years, I’ve specialized in accent coaching (American English), helping adults improve their pronunciation. I also led a phonetical speaking club to practice clear speaking together, so I have quite a bit of experience in helping people speak with confidence:) My students come from many countries, and I love creating lessons that fit their unique needs. I’m excited to help you learn English and have fun at the same time!:)

I studied Literature in London, so I have a certain love for the language.:) Aside from teaching English, I also do translations, proofreading and a bit of copywriting.
