Moje doświadczenie w nauczaniu:
Hi! I decided to be a teacher a few years ago. I have been teaching since nine years, so far. I specialise in on-line teaching. I teach both English and German in my private e-business and in reputable language schools in Poland. Three major principles define my classes: - Flexibility - Versatility - Ease Students shouls expect flexible, fun and interactive classes. During the first lesson I want to get to know a Student as a person, his particular needs and language goals , which he wants to achieve in due time. Lessons are mostly based on conversations and interaction. There are also lots of discussions, which are based on some texts. I also use some reading comprehension exercises. Grammar exercises are mostly sent as homework, unless a Student wants to have them done directly during classes. I have taught mostly adult students. Some teenagers were also present with the emhapsis on mature exam. Most classes have been mostly focused on conversations and business language.
Moje pozanauczycielskie "ja":
I am a flexible, open-minded and understanding person. My professional life has been focused on teaching English and German on-line, but there are some other major professional experiences. Firstly, I manage my own on-line language school in Poland, wherein I am focused on all organisational aspects of business (HR issues, marketing, accounting etc.) and on their coordination. I employ both Polish teachers and native speakers from the foreign countries. I have been managing it since five years, so far. Secondly, I used to work in a bank, as a customer service consultant. I dealt with some organisational issues and with outsourcing activity. Thirdly, I worked in telemarketing for some time. I was responsible for phoning both present and prospective customers up and offering them new contracts. Last but not least, I studied International Business in English where I met people from the whole world and I learned the basics of business. This background makes me a well-rounded person.
