Anna Rogers

Bio:

I love to teach and have spent my career teaching languages. Here in the US, I've taught Spanish at a public high school and enjoy the age of taking responsibility and exploring the world. I taught English in Peru both at a University, and at a Montessori school ages 10-14. On HeyLangu, I dedicate each class to the individual. I will first assess the level of the speaker and set goals with them for example: learn more vocabulary, become confident in conversation, or study grammar structures.

I began my teaching career in 2013 when I moved to Peru to teach an intensive level English course at La Universidad Cesar Vallejo. I also taught at a Montessori high school in Peru. In the US, I taught Spanish at a public high school.

I am from Atlanta, Georgia and have spent the last few years traveling as much as I can. I have been able to meet many people and enjoy getting to know their culture and history. I enjoy teaching English through organic conversation, no matter what level of English is spoken!
