Hello! I’m Chioma! I’m a TEFL-certified teacher with over two years of experience teaching English online and in person. I enjoy working with children using songs, games, flashcards, and stories to make learning fun. For adults, I offer personalized lessons focused on practical communication, pronunciation, and grammar. My classes are interactive and tailored to your goals. Outside teaching, I enjoy reading, music, and movies.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every young learner is unique and deserves a personalized approach. I design engaging and dynamic lessons tailored to each child’s goals and learning style, creating a positive and supportive environment where mistakes are welcomed as part of the learning process. To keep students motivated and actively involved, I use a variety of tools such as customized worksheets, flashcards, listening activities, interactive games, and meaningful conversations. I also include topics that interest them, such as sports and lifestyle, to make learning relevant and enjoyable.

I have over two years of experience teaching English both online and offline. I began by volunteering at a primary school in Nigeria, where I helped children with reading, writing, and speaking. Since then, I’ve taught English to young learners and beginners from Europe and Asia through online platforms, and I also tutor local students in Italy. My students have ranged from children to young adults, and I always tailor my lessons to match their individual goals and learning styles.

Having lived in various countries, including Nigeria, France, and Italy, I’ve embraced diverse cultures and understand firsthand the challenges of learning a new language. I’m a patient, free-spirited extrovert who enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds. Babysitting and helping children with their homework in my community has deepened my passion for supporting young learners. Currently, I’m studying Global Law and Transnational Studies, driven by my interest in law and business, while also nurturing a dream of becoming a film director one day.
